We hope you love your SwimCube products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it. Once confirmed, you then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on custom-branded or personalised items unless they are faulty.
- Please include proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
To start a return, contact us at info@theswimcube.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
We can exchange items for a different size or colour (where available). Please email info@theswimcube.com before returning to confirm stock.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
